For CTOs, Heads of Platform and Chief Architects

We design and build the platform, and stay to run it with your team.

Delivery, not a report. Internal app platform, production PaaS, data platform: built in your repos, with your engineers, until your team runs it without us.

Agents only ship as far as your pipelines, environments and data let them.

What we build

Five things. Each one removes a specific blocker.

Internal App Platform / IDP

Where your teams build and operate internal applications: golden paths, service templates, environments, self-service.

Unblocks

A new internal app starts with CI, guardrails and docs in place, for people and agents alike.

Platform-as-a-Service

The production platform that runs your business-critical, customer-facing services and apps: deploy, scale, observe, recover.

Unblocks

Customer-facing releases go out the standard way, with on-call, SLOs and rollback built in.

E-Commerce Architecture

Commerce platforms on Spryker, composable or custom, and their integrations with ERP, PIM and order management.

Unblocks

Catalog, prices and orders move between systems without manual fixes.

Data Architecture

The data model, contracts and ownership across your systems.

Unblocks

Bad data stops at the source, not in a report three teams later.

Data Platform

Ingestion, storage and serving for the data your products, analytics and agents depend on.

Unblocks

One source of data every team and agent can trust.

How it runs: we audit, design, then build and steer — as embedded technical leadership inside your team.

Fixed price per engagement. We don't bill by the day.

What you walk away with

Three layers. All of them yours.

  1. Platform operating model

Who owns what, the release path, on-call and cost centers. Written down and agreed.

  2. The architecture record

ADRs, the target architecture and the migration roadmap. Every decision has its reason on file.

  3. The platform itself, in your repos

Code, pipelines and docs your team runs. Nothing lives on our side.

Why us

We have built platforms other companies build on. We still do.

Peers who built with Denis

“Very early on, I realized that with Denis leading the architecture for the App Composition Platform, we were in safe hands. His experience allowed him to see how an architectural choice impacts different parties, including customers, developers, partners, and security. Apart from technology, Denis has a very deep understanding of Commerce. With AI becoming a table stake in every domain, especially in commerce, Denis's experience will be extremely valuable to companies and platforms alike that want to enhance their Commerce systems, with or without AI.”

Manishi Singh

VP Partner Applications, Anaplan

“Denis played a central role in defining Spryker's core architecture and product direction during our key growth years. As Chief Architect, he helped evolve Spryker from an early-stage product into a global commerce platform now recognized by Gartner as a Leader. His rare combination of technical depth, business understanding, and execution discipline shaped many of the platform decisions that still drive value for customers today.”

“Denis was my lead architect and later my successor at Spryker. He quickly mastered the scope and complexity of the system and led the core architect team with confidence. He is always at the forefront of technology and highly enthusiastic about AI. Besides being a strong Chief Architect, he is a great team player, a hands-on developer, and I still enjoy brainstorming with him, even years after we worked together. I highly recommend him for CTO or equivalent roles that require deep technical skill, a pragmatic approach, and entrepreneurial spirit. I am happy to provide a reference call anytime.”

We install agentic delivery into engineering organizations because we still build the systems they run on.

Concerns & FAQ

What could go wrong, and the practical questions.

Concerns

Do you build or only advise?

We build. We write the code, set up the pipelines and pair with your engineers in your repos. The architecture record comes out of the building. It is not the deliverable.

Will you work with our stack and our legacy systems?

Yes. We design around what you run today, legacy included, and replace parts only where they block. For commerce stacks: Denis was Chief Architect at Spryker.

Is this a 12-month replatform in disguise?

No. We start with the one constraint that blocks you most and fix it in your repos. The migration roadmap lays out the rest in steps. You decide each next step.

How does this relate to the agentic engineering work?

Same firm, two tracks. Enablement installs the harness your teams code with. This track builds the platform that harness ships onto. You can buy either one on its own.

See Agentic Engineering Enablement →

Practical

What's the difference between the internal app platform and the PaaS?

The internal app platform is where your teams build and run internal tools. The PaaS runs what your customers touch: business-critical production services with on-call, SLOs and rollback. Many orgs need both; we start with the one that blocks.

What does an engagement look like?

Audit, design, then build and steer. We work inside your team as embedded technical leadership and stay until your team runs the platform without us.

Who do we need from our side?

One sponsor who owns the decision, usually the CTO or Head of Platform. Plus the engineers who will run the platform after us. They build with us from week one.

What does it cost?

Fixed price per engagement. We don't bill by the day. The price follows the scope.

Start with one constraint

Bring the platform problem that keeps coming back. We ask about your stack, your teams and what blocks them.

30 minutes, you leave with the one constraint we'd fix first
