Everyone ships the way your best engineer does, without losing quality.

We build agentic harness into your setup & revamp SDLC artifacts, from requirements to release: your know-how, structured for the agent, and your quality bar.

Installed in your repo that stays artifact, at a fixed price = not training, not a consulting day.

Your engineers got faster. Your delivery didn't.

Two things we see in almost every org already using coding agents.

  1. Review bottleneck

coding agentsPRPRPRPRPRPRagent PRsquality gate · reviewproduction

Agents write more PRs. Fewer of them reach production.

Pull requests pile up in front of your quality gate. Your seniors review them line by line, so either releases wait or quality slips.

  2. Stuck in 1–2 people

your engineersteam deliveryexpectedlead time · cycle time · releases

One or two engineers fly. The team's numbers don't move.

Your best people ship with agents every day. Lead time, cycle time and releases for the whole team stay where they were.

Speed in one place moves the bottleneck. It doesn't move the org.

In week one we agree on the number we judge on. You get it back every month.

  1. Measured AH delivery

Consistency of Agentic Harness (AH), open scope items, and how many of your teams run the workflow for implementation and verification.

  2. Agentic Engineering Maturity scored twice

On entry and on exit, on the same scale.

  3. Agentic observability

Installed where none existed, so the next number has something to compare against.

  4. Executive Steering & Updates

One page to you, same structure every time, clear traction.

How it runs

Each gate passes when its artifact exists, not when a month ends.

Stage 1: install it in 1-3 teams

  1. Gate 0

    Kick-off & Mapping

Your architecture, your existing harness, how your repos and projects are laid out.

    Passed when

A written map of what the AH will access & manage.

  2. Gate 1

    Harness in the repo

A base harness in your repo: guardrails, guidelines, domain documentation.

    Passed when

The harness, merged and in use on real tickets.

  3. Gate 2

    Verification & test architecture

For your senior engineers: you verify the test architecture and what the review agents check against your ADRs. CI refuses any merge that skips tests or review.

    Passed when

CI gates that block unverified output.

  4. Gate 3

    Requirements & Designs

A PRD template an agent can read, UI/UX written as requirements, one handover format from product and design to engineering.

    Passed when

The templates, used on real tickets.

  5. Gate 4

    Prove & hand over

One release ships through the harness at the quality you had before. Your own trainers take over.

    Passed when

1–2 internal trainers who unblock teams without us.

Three things installed

What the agents read

PRDs, ADRs and domain living docs written so an agent can use them.

What the median engineer runs

A harness and one documented workflow, from requirements to verification.

What blocks bad output

Verification gates. Quality is held by the system, not by review capacity.

Stage 2: make it how the org works

Standards that hold across teams, governance and guardrails, role-level expectations, an internal trainer program and org-wide instrumentation.
Platform infrastructure for agentic release volume →

Your side: 1-3 teams, selected working group: one 1x engineer + 1x requirements designer. No hiring, no reorg, no tool migration.

Fixed price per engagement. We don't bill by the day.
Timeframe depends on your teams, we agree it in week one.

What you walk away with

Three layers: in your processes, on your roadmap, in your setup.

  1. IT org processes

A documented SDLC. One handover format from PM and design to the agent. An onboarding path that survives turnover. 1–2 internal trainers.

  2. Your roadmap

Your maturity delta. The spread across engineers, read at start and end. Written findings on what constrains you next.

  3. Your agentic harness

Four parts that hold your quality bar, shown on the right.

BONUS artifacts

FAQ

What could go wrong, and the practical questions.

Concerns

What if it stalls at a gate?

Then the gate stays open and the monthly report defines why. The harness is files in your repos, so a bad month doesn't undo it.

Am I buying one person's hours?

No. You buy a package with five gates and the artifacts each one leaves behind. A trainer may run sessions; Lead Architect reviews every gate before it counts as passed.

Can our own people run it after?

That is gate 4. You name 1-2 engineers, we train them to unblock teams without us, and the gate passes when they do. The harness, docs and onboarding path stay in your repo.

Our lead architect will block it.

In the first call we ask who can veto. If that person wants no help, we say no before you sign. If they come in, they own the guardrails and the architecture-review rules. Usually there is a good reason that we need to adjust to before implementing the target design - first we need to locate it.

I don't have time to drive this.

You don't drive it. Your selected engineers (working group) do that. You agree the number in week one and read one report a month. Nothing needs your sign-off week to week.

Practical

How long does it take?

Gates, not a calendar: each one passes when its artifact exists. How fast depends on your teams and your release date. It usually takes 4-8 weeks. We agree on the plan in week one.

Who do we need from our side?

Selected working gorup including 1x engineering lead and 1x requirements designer (eg a Product Manager), one champion who owns the result, and one nominated engineer. No hiring, no reorg, no tool migration.

What happens after the last gate?

Your team runs it. You keep the harness, the templates and the report format. If you want it across the whole org, stage 2 picks up from there.

What does it cost?

Fixed price per engagement. We don't bill by the day. You get the price in writing before anything begins.
