- You can. Expect months of trial and error, carried by the 1-2 people you can least spare and while other are blocked. We decline single-team orgs and agencies; if that is you, doing it yourself is the right call.
- “My seniors won't buy in.”
- Your seniors are right to be sceptical. Here is what they get to verify: every gate, every rule in the harness, every CI check. This is not vibe coding: unverified output does not reach main.
- “If this fails, I lose the team's trust.”
- When a gate stalls, we name why and who owns the fix, in writing. The harness lives in your repo, so it survives a bad month. Honest note: at one client, 2–3 of 5 trained teams reverted.
- Security, governance, guardrails
- The harness runs in your repo, with your tools and your accounts. Nothing we install sends code anywhere you haven't approved. A guardrails/ layer sets what agents may touch, and stops 100 unmaintained small tools from piling up.

- Templates, frameworks and reusable artifacts, all yours: the harness and guardrails in your repo, PRD and spec templates, review agents, CI gates and a documented SDLC. Nothing is licensed back to you.
