About me
I help E-Commerce leaders in D2C Manufacturing & Retail brands challenged with converting complex products and returns, so that they can see +15% AOV growth, ~60% decrease in support tickets.

For over 15 years, I've helped 30+ E-Commerce teams (including enterprises like ALDI, Hornbach, Meusburger, Lekkerland, Certeo) to launch in 16x countires, scale up to 50.000 order / min or 300M-3B EUR GMV each.
