2-Day Agentic Engineering Bootcamp, for your whole team, on your codebase.

# Take your team from vibe-coding to agentic engineering: on real tickets, at your quality bar.

Dev Bootcamp on your own codebase. We install agentic flow from spec design to verified code and prove it on tickets your team estimated - we build them on the spot.

Led by [Denis Turkov](https://execuro.com/#guide), Founder · ex-Chief Architect @ Spryker. 20+ workshops, 16x engineering orgs.

[Book my 30-min call](https://execuro.com/discovery-call/) (No prep, we tell you if there is no fit) · [Score your org](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-maturity-score/) (9 questions · 5 minutes · your level and blocker, free)

## Does this sound like your team?

Three things we hear on most first calls.

### The demo worked. Production never saw it.

Someone built a working prototype with an agent in an afternoon. Months later it still runs on a laptop: no tests, no owner, nowhere to deploy.

### You're further ahead with agents than your own team.

You build with agents on your own projects. Your team saw the demo, nodded, and went back to the old way on Monday. Every push still has to come from you.

### Who picks the ticket decides how it gets built.

Your fastest engineer ships it with agents in a day. Your median engineer takes a week, the old way. Estimates stop meaning anything, and there is no shared standard.

**One cause behind all three:** Your team runs on what's in people's heads. AI Agents can't work with it. [Why this happens](https://execuro.com/#problem)

**Not tool training.** Your team already has Copilot or Claude Code.

**A different way of building software.** One shared workflow, from requirement to stable verified release.

## The 2-day Bootcamp sets a new bar for Software development

Day 1 puts your whole team on one standard. Day 2 tests it on your own backlog, at your quality bar.

### Day 1 · Greenfield: Your whole team on the same starting line

A clean app on purpose, so everyone learns new operational mode before your legacy code gets a vote.

- One standard instead of a spread: every role and seniority level goes from requirement to verified code
- Your sceptics' doubts tested with their own hands, not argued in a meeting
- PMs, UX and QA in the same flow as engineers, so the bottleneck doesn't just move to them
- A working app by evening, frontend to backend, verified, not a prototype stuck on a laptop

### Day 2 · Brownfield: Your own backlog, at your own quality bar

Tickets your team estimated at 3–10 person-days, worked on your codebase in one day.

- Unified Agentic Harness (SDD) landed in your own project, along with Guidelines, Guardrails and Living Documentation.
- Real tickets from your backlog, legacy code included, not a demo repo
- A before-and-after in your own unit: person-days estimated against one day worked
- A specific plan for verifying agent-built code on your own system
- Every ticket accounted for: shipped, or the exact place it got stuck

- Size: 5-12 people
- Cross-functional: Devs, PMs, UX, QA, DevOps
- Onsite or online
- ~80% hands-on, ~20% theory

## Your tickets land in one of 3 buckets. Every bucket pays off.

Your team brings tickets they estimated at 3-10 person-days. We build them on your codebase. Here is the split, and what you get from each.

A pattern from 20+ workshops, not an assumption.

### ≈ 1 in 5: Shipped the same day

Built and verified on your codebase in one day, shows the new operational model in a cross functional team.

**You get:** Release-ready code at your quality bar, plus your before/after: person-days estimated against one day worked.

### ≈ 3 in 5: Code done, stopped outside the code

The engineering is finished. Requirements clarification or a release gate holds it

**You get:** The finished code on a branch, plus the exact gate that holds it, who owns it, and what it takes to release.

### ≈ 1 in 5: No one could say what “done” means (Most valuable)

The requirement can't be defined on spot, and create frictions. AI Agents can't resolve it - new operational model can.

**You get:** The requirement written down: a spec with acceptance criteria, ready for agents to build next sprint and refine Agentic Harness.

### The Bootcamp guarantee: Every ticket leaves with what its bucket promises. Or day 2 is free.

Every ticket you pre-submit either ships on day 2 or leaves with a documented diagnosis of what blocked it. If it does neither, day 2 is free of charge.

Bring 2–3 tickets. We tell you which fit day 2.

What you walk away with

## What your team gets

Three things installed in two days, on your own code. Yours to keep.

### One agentic flow your whole team has already run

Requirements to verified code, written down step by step. Your median engineer ran it on your own codebase, legacy included, not just your fastest one.

**Free:** A skills & agents pack for the workflow, so every engineer runs the same steps in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Copilot.

### A written diagnosis of what blocks your agents

Every ticket from day 2, explained: did the code, the delivery system or the requirements stop it? Your bottlenecks, on paper.

**Free:** Your AE maturity score: where your org stands on the 5-level map, and the next level to reach.

### Guidelines & Guardrails set to your seniors' bar

The rules agents follow and the checks every agent change runs, set by your senior engineers. Quality is held by the system, not by review capacity.

**Free:** Architecture Decision Records (ADR): automated workflows that keep your agents up to date with your team's decisions.

### Bonus (Included in the fixed price)

- **PRD templates:** Product writes requirements an agent can build from, not a roadmap in disguise.
- **Specs templates:** Every engineer specs work the same way, so reviews compare like with like.
- **Initial LLM Wiki:** Auto-updated documentation of your software, the documentation your PMs always wanted!

Making it hold across every team is step 2. [Step 2: Enablement](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-enablement/)

## What clients say

> “At our internal hackathon, you could immediately tell which teams had been through the [Agentic Engineering] Bootcamp. The difference in output was obvious.”
>
> — Christian Maaß, MD & CDO, Thomann

### From Execuro clients

Observed with client teams, on their own code.

- **2–5x** Faster across the full delivery chain. Requirements, specs, code and verification, in the 2-day Bootcamp.
- **~10x** Faster on complex algorithmic work. For example, performance optimisation.
- **8–10x** Smaller estimates on replatforming. Requirements extracted from the old system, the new platform planned with agents.

26 workshops · 16 engineering orgs · 350+ engineers

> “I like that the workshop was structured as the opposite to Vibe coding, because we want to have consistent results, not fast demos”
>
> — Dr. Matthias Kühn, Projektleiter @ IT Agency

> “I tried courses and still didn't know how to prompt properly. Now I know the key isn't the right prompt. It's how you actually work with coding agents in large projects.”
>
> — Alexander Zakharkin, Senior Software Engineer, TOWA

> “Now it's clear how all the pieces come together: LLMs, coding agents and agentic engineering, and how to use them in our projects. Exactly what we needed!”
>
> — Kai Schönefeld, Managing Director, Braincraft GmbH

## FAQ: What could go wrong for you, answered before you ask.

### Our seniors are too sceptical.

They are right to be. On day 2 they work on their backlog tickets. We review every agent PR against your own standards. We refuse to ship what fails acceptance tests or code review. There is no better proof than doing it yourself!

### “We already use AI: Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code.”

Good. Now, what share of your engineers ship with it daily? Did lead time move? If there is no clear answer, you have tools, not the agentic operating model. We keep your tools and install new operating model, from idea to verified release.

### Our codebase is too old for this.

Most clients say that. Day 2 runs on your own code, not a demo repo. We've done it on a 20-year-old PHP monolith, a 9-year-old Rails monolith and Perl on an in-house framework.

### What if our tickets don't ship?

Most won't ship on day 2, and that is the point. Every ticket ships or leaves with a documented diagnosis of what blocked it. If it does neither, day 2 is free of charge. [What happens on day 2](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-workshop/#day-two)

### They'll revert in two months.

Without structure, most teams do: we see it within 4-8 weeks. The starter harness slows that down. Step 2 stops it, by installing the harness in 1-3 teams, step by step. [Step 2: Enablement](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-enablement/)

### Are we too small, or an agency?

Maybe. The Bootcamp fits multi-team product orgs. We say NO to smaller IT orgs, junior-only teams and we'd rather tell you on the first call.

Execuro take at most 4x Bootcamps a month to keep quality bar high.

## Two ways to start

Both at a fixed price. Both on real tickets from your backlog.

### Agentic Engineering 2-Day Bootcamp (Fast-track onboarding, Recommended)

- Two days, onsite or online, 5–12 people
- Day 2 on your own backlog and codebase
- The workflow, your diagnosis and a starter harness to keep
- Denis leads; your team delivers alongside

[Book my 30-min call](https://execuro.com/discovery-call/) (No prep, we tell you if there is no fit)

Fixed price per engagement. We don't bill by the day. Execuro take at most 4x Bootcamps a month to keep quality bar high.

### Half-day Live Coding Demo (Not ready for two days?)

AI Trainer builds one real SaaS App live with coding agents: spec, code and verification, start to finish. Your team watches every step and questions every decision.

Your sceptics see it work on your problem, not a toy repo.

Credited in full against the Bootcamp.

Fixed price per engagement. We don't bill by the day.

Two days wear off in 4-8 weeks. That is why step 2 exists. In week one we agree on the number we judge on. You get it back every month. [Step 2: Agentic Engineering Enablement](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-enablement/)

If the blocker is your platform, not your team: [Platform Architecture](https://execuro.com/platform-architecture/)

## FAQ: The practical questions.

### What tools does my team need?

A laptop each, with their AI coding tool installed: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or GitHub Copilot. We bring everything else.

### What if seniority levels are mixed?

That works. About 80% is hands-on, so everyone moves at their own pace. PMs, UX, QA and DevOps join too. The one requirement is production experience; it isn't built for juniors.

### Online or onsite?

Both. Onsite at your office or online, with the same content and the same pace.

### What's the group size?

5 to 12 people. Every Bootcamp is private to your team, never a public class.

### How soon can we start?

It depends on open dates. Execuro take at most 4x Bootcamps a month to keep quality bar high. If you have a release date in mind, tell us on the call.

### What should a pre-submitted ticket look like?

A real ticket from your backlog, estimated by your own team at 3–10 person-days, as it is written today. Send it before the Bootcamp. Don't polish it: the gaps are part of the finding.

### What happens after the two days?

You get your diagnosis in writing and keep the starter harness. If you want it to hold across teams, step 2 picks up from the diagnosis. [Step 2: Enablement](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-enablement/)

### What is the Live Coding Demo, and how does the credit work?

Half a day. Denis takes one real ticket from your backlog and builds it live with agents, from spec to verified code, while your team asks anything. Book the Bootcamp afterwards and the Demo is credited in full. [The Live Coding Demo](https://execuro.com/agentic-engineering-workshop/#live-demo)
